John Chambers is Executive Chairman of the Board. In this role, Chambers leads the Board of Directors and provides advice and counsel to the CEO and Cisco leadership on the company's strategy, digital transformation and strategic partnerships. As a working chairman, Chambers is focused on country digitization and building relationships with government and business leaders, shareholders, and board members. Over the course of 20 years at the helm of Cisco, he helped grow the company from $70 million when he joined, to $1.2 billion when he assumed the role of CEO, to $47 billion when he stepped down as CEO in 2015.

Dominic Orr is the President of Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Together with Founder, Keerti Melkote, Dom co-leads HPE Aruba. Prior to Aruba merging with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dominic served as Aruba Network's Chairman of the Board and was named President and CEO in 2006. He joined Aruba from Nortel Networks where he was the President of the Intelligent Internet Business Unit. Before that, he served as the President and CEO of Alteon WebSystems. Earlier in his career, Dominic held several leadership positions. He earned a B.S. in Physics from City University of New York. Additionally, he holds a M.S. and PhD from the California Institute of Technology and was named a Distinguished Alumni in 2009.

Selina Lo leads strategy and execution for Brocade's wireless networking products and solutions since May 2016 with the acquisition of Ruckus Wireless, where she was president and CEO since 2004 and took the company public in 2012. Before starting Ruckus, Selina built a number of successful computer networking startups. As vice president of marketing and product management at Alteon WebSystems (acquired by Nortel), she defined a completely new market for load-balancing Web switches. Before Alteon, she co-founded Centillion Networks, which developed the first token ring/Ethernet/ATM switch and was quickly acquired by Bay Networks. Born in Hong Kong, Selina received her B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Hans Robertson co-founded and was the Chief Operating Officer of Meraki. Meraki created the first cloud-managed enterprise networking products, including wireless, security, and switching systems. The business ultimately grew to over $100M in annual sales before Cisco purchased the company for $1.2B in 2012. Following the acquisition Robertson was a Vice President at Cisco and helped run Meraki as an independent division, with 2015 sales of approximately $1B. Prior to founding Meraki he was a product manager at EMC and was an early employee at VMware. Robertson began his career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Co. Robertson holds a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science from MIT.

Tom Noonan is a General Partner at the early-stage venture capital firm TechOperators. He is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Internet Security Systems, Inc., which was acquired in 2007 by IBM. Tom Noonan was most recently CEO of JouleX, a TechOperators investment and a leading innovator in sustainable energy management systems for enterprise customers acquired by Cisco in late 2013.
