Dedrone Welcomes Rob Campbell as Vice President, North America Public Sector

Experienced sales executive to lead airspace security company’s business development for North American Military entities, as well as, federal, state and local governments

STERLING, Va. AND SAN FRANCISCO, February 23, 2021Dedrone, the market leader in airspace security today announces the arrival of Robert Campbell as Vice President, North America Public Sector. At Dedrone, Campbell leads the Company’s business development, strategy, and go-to-market for North American public sector customers. He will be based in Dedrone’s  Sterling, Va. office, where he will lead the local operations and Dedrone’s government go-to-market team.

Campbell joins Dedrone following a 25+ year career focused on introducing and deploying emerging technologies to federal agencies, systems integrators, and resellers. Prior to Dedrone, Campbell was the Federal Sales Director at Forcepoint, a data protection cybersecurity company. Before Forcepoint, Campbell led Federal sales at user behavior analytics company RedOwl, developing their go-to-market strategy, eventually positioning RedOwl for acquisition by Forcepoint in 2017. Campbell held sales leadership positions across multiple government technology providers, including TIBCO Federal, RSA Security, and Serena Software.

Additionally, Campbell leads Dedrone’s strategic reseller partnership with General Dynamics Mission Systems, providing mission-critical airspace security systems to General Dynamics Mission Systems global defense, civil government, intelligence, and critical infrastructure customers.
