Dedrone Named to CNBC Disruptor 50 List for Second Year in a Row

Highly competitive list honors Dedrone for changing the status quo and creating a new era for their market

STERLING, Va., May 15, 2024 -- Dedrone, the global leader in smart airspace security, today announced that it has been named to the 2024 CNBC Disruptor 50, an acclaimed list of ambitious private companies transforming the economy and forcing public giants to reimagine the way they do business. This marks the second year Dedrone has been named to the list, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to rapid innovation and its resulting growth from delivering airspace security solutions to a wide variety of industries including governments, law enforcement, border security, airports, stadiums, prisons and more.

The annual determination of the CNBC Disruptor 50 is based on a proprietary methodology that incorporates both quantitative and qualitative inputs. Nominees undergo rigorous scrutiny including measurements such as scalability, user growth and use of breakthrough technologies. For the first time, a Disruptor 50 VC AdvisoryBoard also offered feedback on each finalist as an additional component of the qualitative review. To determine the final score and placement, each company’s total qualitative score was combined with its total weighted quantitative score.

Dedrone has received a number of recognitions and honors for its technology and leadership in airspace security.
